Dear North Central Families,
I hope you all had a safe and restful extended break this week, taking full advantage of the beautiful snow day! As we ease back into this second semester, it’s time to refocus on the important work ahead as we prepare for the STAAR test at the end of the year. This is a pivotal time, and together, we can help our students finish strong.
With only a few months left in the school year, it’s more important than ever that students are present and on time each day. Every lesson and every moment count as we work to ensure our students are fully prepared and confident for the test ahead. Your continued support is essential, and your partnership in making sure your child is here and ready to learn will have a big impact.
If you’d like to learn more about how you can support your child at home during this time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our teachers. They are more than happy to share resources and strategies to help your child succeed.
Together, we can help our students finish the year with confidence and achieve their full potential!

Check-in will start at around 8:15 a.m. through the cafeteria doors. Please feel free to bring breakfast for you and your student. Students WILL NOT be allowed to leave after breakfast, as this ends before ADA.
I HAVE A DREAM PARADE INFORMATION
In honor of Martin Luther King Day, we are hosting an "I Have a Dream Parade" on Friday, January 31, at 8:00am. Students will dress up as the profession they want to be in the future.
Families are invited to attend the parade. The parade will be outside in the parking lot. Please be mindful that main gates will be CLOSED at 7:55am. If your student is arriving after that time, you would have to wait outside the gate until the parade is over to check in your students and unfortunately students will not be able to participate.
