Families,

What a pleasure it has been to continue to serve as the Student Support Counselor at North Central Elementary. There has yet to be a dull moment, and I have enjoyed every second. It is hard to believe that we have already made it to Quarter 2. Quarter 1 was a learning experience for us all. We have had some highs and lows. Focusing on the highs is what keeps us all aligned with our purpose, and what helps us continue to have the will to meet the needs of our students and families. Meeting the needs of our students and families is never easy, but always worth it. We could not have experienced the small victories of quarter 1 without your help. Quarter 1 is where I learned firsthand how important it is for our families to be involved when it comes to meeting the needs of our students. We thank you for keeping an open mind and trusting us with your most prized possession. Remember, “It takes a village to raise a child”.

Yours in service,

Ms. Wilder

Hello SPARKS Families,

While attendance is so important to the success of your student please don’t forget that being on time to school every day is also just as important. School starts at 7:25 am and we start counting tardies at 7:40 am. We have noticed that we have a large number of families coming to school after 8:00 am, please take a look at the chart below that shows the importance of being on time to school every day.

Sincerely,

Nida Ahmad, RN
